Okinawan Goju-Ryu, is a unique karate style that is hundreds of years old with deep roots in the southern part of China. In the spirit of the
founding fathers and with the leadership of
Sensei Morio Higaonna, the style safeguards its unique qualities through intensive and traditional training methods. Goju-Ryu is distinguished from other styles by its circular movements, close-quarter fighting and traditional supplementary training devices, which serve to strengthen the body and spirit.

Internationally based Karate-Do Israel is the only institution certified in Israel to teach
Okinawan Goju-Ryu. Founded in 1972 by the late
Sensei Yehuda Pantanowitz, OBM, the Israeli branch is part of a worldwide organization, the International Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation
